Cookies are anonymous, and unique alphanumeric identifiers sent from our Website and stored in your web browser while you are browsing. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of, under, or in relation to any of the matters contained in this Policy. All disputes arising out of, or in connection with this Policy shall be referred to arbitration, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be Mumbai, India.
